Details

On Saturday, May 3, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced that it will send tens of thousands of conscription orders to reservists in the evening, as the military plans to considerably expand its attack against Hamas in the Gaza Strip.

Reservists will be stationed along Israel’s border with Lebanon and in the occupied West Bank, replacing regular army soldiers who will lead the new Gaza onslaught. During security consultations on Friday, the military presented Netanyahu with a plan for a large-scale offensive in Gaza. The Israeli Security Cabinet will convene on Sunday to decide on Netanyahu’s approved military preparations. Reservists will be deployed along Israel’s border with Lebanon and in the occupied West Bank to replace regular soldiers who will lead a military operation in Gaza.

Let us remind you

On the eve, the Israeli Air Force hit the Hussein ash-Sharaa Palace in Damascus. The administration stated that this is a warning to the Syrian regime to avert threats to the Druze minority.
